This Chapter covers all live animals except:

1. Fish and crustaceans, molluscs and other aquatic invertebrates, of heading 03.01, 03.06 or 03.07;

2. Cultures of micro‑organisms and other products of heading 30.02; and

3. Animals of heading 95.08.
